Frequently Asked Questions
Our driver's safety and efficiency is the most important thing when they are on the road delivering your meals. If you have specific instructions, or changes to your delivery, you must communicate these in advance with your order. Requests either through text or phone call directly to our drivers will not be accepted.
We ask that all orders be in by Saturday at 12pm for delivery on Sunday. We highly suggest getting your order in earlier in the week as our most popular dishes may sell out before Friday morning!
We have zip codes listed on our delivery and pick up page. However, we are expanding daily, so if your zip code is not listed, please email us. We ship outside via UPS to many locations as well.

Sundays to homes, and Mondays to offices and select locations (limited area, please reach out to see if we can accommodate you). We deliver to pick up gyms based on their hours (please refer to our pickup/delivery page)
$10 flat fee to your home or we offer free delivery to pick up locations. We also offer free delivery to offices when 10 or more staff members order at the same time.
Yes! We provide reusable coolers & ice packs for an additional $10. There is an option to purchase when you checkout. We transport our meals cold, and ask that if you will not be home, you leave the cooler in visible sight for our driver to leave the meals, or instructions if the meals are to be left at the front desk of an apartment or condo building.
We send out a delivery window on Friday, for deliveries on Sunday. You will get a two hour window and you can live track your order with an estimated delivery window. You will also receive a text message once your meals have been delivered. Our drivers do NOT call you to confirm your delivery. You will receive an automated text once your meals have been left per your instructions.
Our meals arrive fully cooked, and sealed in our biodegradable recyclable heat sealed trays. The meals stay fresh in the fridge for up to 7 days, and can be frozen after that.
Our meals are prepared fresh from real ingredients weekly. We do not use pre-made or frozen products. Our meals are then heat-sealed to lock in freshness and you have 5 - 7 days to enjoy them. Our fish and salads will have a shorter shelf life, and each meals comes with a consume by date on the meal.
We make a wide variety of meals, and therefore cook in a facility with nuts and shellfish. If you are allergic to certain items, we ask that you read the nutritional labels provided for each meal, to see what ingredients are in them.
We do not require a minimum purchase or require you to sign up for a subscription. You can order week to week when you need meals.

Due to the nature of our service, no refunds can be administered once your meal order has been submitted. Credits are given on a case by case basis.
All of our deliveries are tracked within our ordering system. Should you have any issues with your order we must be notified within 24 hours of any issues. We have time stamps of deliveries as well as proof of delivery with photos and signatures.
If you missed your delivery or entered the wrong address, email, or phone number your order will be brought back to our kitchen, and you are welcome to pick it up at our facility. If you will need a redelivery, there will be a $25 re delivery charge.
Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to accommodate special requests for meals such as no salt, no cheese, no garnish, etc.
