Our Meal Prep Services begin by preparing healthy, fresh, and balanced meals that save you time in the kitchen and keep you on track with your current goals. Our motto is be strong and live fit. Let us help you start achieving your fitness goals today.
- Select your meal options (See description below.) You can add any item from any list to your cart.
- Check out your cart. You will be asked for your address and payment information and charged a $10 delivery fee. All orders for the following week need to be in by 5:00am on Friday morning for Sunday delivery.
- Select your area for delivery. We will text you on the day of your delivery when we are on the way. If you think you will not be home, please leave a cooler outside with ice packs to keep your food cold.
- If you will be leaving the food with the font desk of your building, please let them know to accept the package and store it properly in the refrigerator or a cooler you have provided.
- We deliver on Sunday in Washington DC/Arlington/Alexandria/Maryland area between 9am-5pm.
- We deliver on Sunday in the Reston/Fairfax/Herndon/Dulles area between 12pm-9pm.

This menu is designed for people that want to select their own portion size and mix of protein, veggies, and carbs. These meals are lightly seasoned and are perfect for people following a stricter diet or meal prep for competitions.
